Rio Grande! The Mexican restaurant in Sabraton. I always thought this restaurant was small. Boy was I wrong! It was huge! There were tables and booths everywhere.

All the employees there seemed to be in fact, Mexican, and that added to the ambiance of the restaurant. Our server (or waiter) was very soft spoken, the person who went with me (there) said that all their servers are. After reflecting, I have a hard time believing all Mexicans are quiet, haha!

Come to think of it, I didn't see any waitress' there. Then again it was Valentine's Day so maybe they were all at home making their husbands burritos and margaritas. haha. NO I did NOT have a margarita, it wasn't until after I went that I heard how spectacular their margaritas are.

Our server was prompt, efficient and helpful. I asked him for help in deciding ( I don't care for spicy food either ;) )... he was glad to assist, granted in a quiet way.

So if you're in the mood for Mexican and a margarita, visit this place, pretty sure you won't be disappointed.
